Higher rights of audience approved assessment providers

Under Regulation 9.10 of the SRA Authorisation of Individuals Regulations, a solicitor or Registered European lawyer (REL) who wishes to exercise rights of audience in the higher courts must satisfactorily complete the appropriate higher courts advocacy qualification.
